In addition to his numerous duties as Chief of Marine Operations,
Brad (VHF handle 'Rubber Ducky') is also responsible
for 'supplementing' Palmyra's groceries
with blue-water pelagics (tuna, ono and mahi mahi)
... three per week or 100 lbs.

Offshore trolling is done with 'hand lines' only
as conventional reels take too long to land a fish
due to the abundance of predators (sharks)
that will fillet an ahi before it reaches the boat.

Brad constantly impresses me with his skills at
