11-17-67, US Navy Cmdr William McGrath and Lt
Cmdr Roger Emrich were shot down over North Vietnam. Three years
later on Veterans Day (11-11-70) two California college students
officially kicked off the POW-MIA Bracelet program. Although the
remains of Cmdr McGrath came home in 1985, "he" has NEVER left
Lisa's arm. They have been together over 30 years ... and through five
radical cancer surgeries. The first at age 20, when Lisa was diagnosed
with colon cancer. The most recent, 1-7-08. "I tell the doctor to
